The room was clean with a comfy bed, electric kettle, and a tv. I appreciated the tea/coffee maker and the complimentary bottle of water. The bathroom had free toiletries and a good shower. Enjoyed the soundproofing too. Amazing spa facilities for relaxation!

well-appointed reasonably large room with an excellent bathroom. perfect location with a train station walk from the building. walking distance to a shopping street and a christmas market across the street.

Good central location, quiet (with the windows closed).

One of the glasses in the bathroom had a white deposit in it, It had not been cleaned, although it was in a plastic bag. I was charged for breakfast for two persons for two mornings, whereas, in fact we only had breakfast on one morning, (the 7th April).

The hotel's location is super convenient, just a short walk from the train station. Loved the free basel card we got, made getting around the city easy peasy. The room was alright, comfy beds and nice staff who were really friendly. Breakfast on the top floor had a good variety, enjoyed the view while eating. It was decent.

The room was a bit plain and could use some sprucing up. The shower setup was weird and led to water splashing everywhere.

It is located next to the main train station, i.e. just outside the city centre.

Too expensive, hair dryer did not work properly, bath thowels had a bad smell.

Proximity to transportation, Big window for fresh air, Amazing city views

No air conditioning in rooms!!! Noise disturbances can ruin sleep quality!!! Limited kitchen facilities pushed me to find meals elsewhere!!! Make an effort to restock room supplies more consistently!!!

Great location near sbb train station and tram lines. Great view from eighth floor room

Very close to Basel SBB station, quiet, lovely room and great bed.

The location was excellent and lovely in a pretty nice area, next to the main train station and tram stop as well as the train station and the bus station. Vorstadte district was worth exploring. The breakfast was extensive - a wide array of dishes.

I liked the quality of the matress and bedding, the blackout curtains and a good sound isolation. The room had all the neccessary facilities. There was a breakfast area on the top floor of the hotel with the magnificient views (which cost extra). Good connections with the centre, airport, etc.

I found Switzerland more expensive than uk. Therefore, the quality you get is lower for the same price. The design of the hotel's interior was not to my liking.

Spacious room with an electric kettle and great views from the breakfast area (so refreshing!). The staff were friendly and helpful, accommodating our last-minute reservation.

The room was quite warm at times, so keeping the window open for fresh air led to some noise disturbances.

The recepction men is so polite and the location is perfect.

The soap isnot as gel and is difficult to use the soap in bloq.

Convenient to Centralbahnplatz but around the corner so much less tram noise.

Militant smokers gathered on the porch, blocking the front door to the hotel, and stinking the place up. A very unpleasant way to start and end the day.

great location but minor noise issues

The location is superb, just steps away from the train station, made everything more convenient for our family. The city view from our room was a good surprise, elevating our experience . The staff were attentive.

We did experience some disturbances from outside noise during the night.
